BOOKING PROCESS :
French regulations oblige shuttle drivers to carry a manifest of pre-reserved passengers, before being permitted to enter the airport complex. Thus, contrary to the US, bookings for a transfer service in Paris must always be made in advance. Online bookings can be made up to 24 hours in advance for shared and private minvan service. For a Peugeot 607, online bookings require a 7 day notice. Bookings for 15 passenger minibus and 49 passenger coach can be made online more than 15 days in advance.

For all bookings made online, whatever kind of service you choose, you will get an immediate confirmation on your screen (with a booking number) plus an e-mail confirmation for your records. We recommend that you print either of these to present to your driver when you arrive at the airport. Just make sure that you enter your email address carefully so that the system can automatically return your e-mail confirmation.
For all bookings, arrivals or departures, the system will need your flight time and number, your airline, and the origin of your flight (last stop before arriving in Paris).
Please keep in mind that if you are crossing the Atlantic, you will be arriving the next day !
Your credit card number, Visa or Mastercard, will also be needed to secure your reservation.
Your card will be automatically charged 2 days after you have completed your reservation.
ONLINE DISCOUNTS :
We are happy to offer a round-trip discount on our shared shuttle service for every booking made online !
The reservation system will automatically calculate your discount ! We offer a 4 euro discount on your return trip to Roissy Charles de Gaulle and 3 euros on your return to Orly. If you are departing from a different airport than your arrival, then you should make two separate One-way reservations. In that case, to receive the published discount on your departure leg, please send us your confirmation numbers and we will process the credit manually.
CANCELLATIONS :
Our cancellation policy is the following :
Cancellation between the pick up time and the day before at 18h00 : no possible refund.
Cancellation on the day before between 12:00 (noon) and 18h00 (6pm) : 50% refund.
Cancellation before the day before at 12h00 (noon) : 100% refund, no cancellation fee.
Cancellations can be made online, but changes must be made by e-mail or by phone.
It is always more efficient to cancel online, your refund will occur in the following 48 hours. Cancellations over the phone require more time to be processed.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE PROCEDURES :
For a shared shuttle service, all customers must call our toll free number when they arrive in baggage claim at the airport. We ask you to call because we want to be sure you are in the airport, and to verify your location. Sometimes, airlines will change arrival terminals at the last moment, or you might be held up with luggage problems. Calling us ensures that the first driver is available, or that he will wait for you as long as needed, until you exit customs. Our toll free number, 0800 CDG ORY (0800 234 679), is available from any public France Telecom booth, just pick up the receiver (no change or phone card is needed) and dial the number. The dispatch agent will tell you where to find the pick up location where you will find your driver. If you wish to call us on your mobile, you cannot use the toll free number and must call us on +33 (0)1 43 65 55 55.
For private minivan service, Peugeot 607, 15 passenger minibus and 49 passenger coach, your driver will meet and greet you at custom's exit with your name on a sign. In the improbable case where your driver is not waiting at custom's exit, please call our toll free number and you will be directed to the appropriate exit where your vehicle will be waiting for you.
For all departures, it is important to confirm with us your pick up time and location. Please make sure you call us at least 24 hours prior to your departure on the toll free number, either from your hotel room, or from any public France Telecom phone booth in Paris : 0800 234 679. It is mandatory to call us because it is sometimes difficult for us to reach you at the hotel, and messages are not always forwarded.
